A delightful accent shrub, oxydol has beautiful clusters of frilly white blooms with yellow blotches in mid-late spring. Buds and flowers appear before the leaves. Green deciduous foliage turns yellow in the fall. Prune after flowering. Does best in full sun to partial shade. Requires good drainage, and rich acidic soil.
