A vigorous plant with single white blooms. Comes into bloom as early roses wane. Some repeat can be expected on older plants. Alba is a white form of Rosa rugosa. It is a dense rounded shrub. Excellent as a hedge. Absolutely no disease, bone hardy and very salt resistant.
