A compact deciduous shrub with deep rose-pink flowers and orange speckling that open before the leaves unfurl. Narrow olive green leaves will turn maroon in the fall. Superb fragrance. Excellent for attracting pollinators like hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. Requires good drainage, and rich acidic soil.
