Tall plant with thistle like blooms. Miss Wilmott’s Ghost has silvery leaves and blossoms. Prefers full sun and well drained soils.

Varieties:

1. Eryngium alpinum: thistle shaped blue flowers. Queen of the Alps.

2. Eryngium giganteum: Miss Wilmott’s Ghost
