Zone 2a - Canada. Bugnet, 1950 - 3m / 10ft
Parentage: ((Rosa acicularis × Rosa kamtchatica) × (Rosa amblyotis × Rosa rugosa plena)) × Betty Bland
One of the hardiest roses in existence. Raised in Canada for -50° winters. Soft pink double blooms are fragrant and recurrent until fall. Bush is tall and arching with clear red stems that are nearly prickle free, adding winter interest to any landscape. This rose has found its way around the world and is one of the most famous Canadian introductions. Our original plants are still thriving.
