Information on Ordering

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Ordering live plants from us is very simple. You can order here on our website, or by giving us a call or sending us an email. Alternatively, you can print our order form and send it to us.

MAIL ORDERS & DELIVERY

Bare root roses, small fruits, fruit trees, and shrubs can be ordered through our online site for delivery in spring. Other plants can be ordered online for pickup at the nursery. Please inquire about delivery if you are interested in purchasing large plants and are local to Southern New Brunswick. Potted plants cannot be shipped through our mail order service and will require special arrangements at the buyer’s expense.

  • All mail orders are shipped from mid-April to mid-May  

  • We do not ship bare root plants during the summer, fall, or winter months

  • Due to Federal regulations we cannot ship fruit trees to British Columbia, or blueberries to Newfoundland

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS

Special arrangements for shipping can be made if mail order doesn’t cover the items you would like to purchase. Please contact the nursery by email or phone if you are interested in this option.

  • Items not covered by the mail order terms can be shipped by special arrangement, but ONLY BY PREPAID FREIGHT.

  • All orders must be accompanied by payment information

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates apply to bare root plants only.

  • Shipping costs will equal minimum shipping fee + $3.00 per item.

  • Minimum shipping fees

    1. NB, NS, PE, NL - $30.00

    2. QC, ON - $40.00

    3. MB, SK, AB, BC - $50.00

    4. Other - $60.00

NOTE:

We are not responsible for damage in transit. If damage does occur, contact the carrier and then notify us immediately.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee our plants to be healthy and true-to-name when they leave our nursery. If any of our plants fail to grow notify us within 60 days of purchase and we’ll replace it. We will not assume responsibility for plants which have died as a result of improper planting or care and will not be liable for more than the purchase price of the plant.

We ask our customers to remember that plants are living things and require your immediate attention upon their arrival, please read our planting instructions included with your purchase. Otherwise, you can view them here. If you receive a plant which has been damaged in shipment be sure to make a claim with the carrier immediately and notify us as soon as possible.
