Yellow Wax Bells. Kirengeshoma palmata.

An uncommon perennial with uncommon beauty. A low plant with deepest green leaves and yellow flowers in fall, when most perennials are done. Produces a very curious fruit that has three horns protruding from a green/brown capsule. Needs a cool moist soil in shade to prosper. It is at its limit in Zone 4.
