Acadie Blanc is a cold-hardy white grape variety celebrated for its vigour and adaptability. The vines produce medium-sized clusters of yellow-green grapes with thin skins. Known for its crisp, refreshing taste, Acadie Blanc boasts high acidity with subtle notes of tropical fruit and citrus when fully ripened. Its large, lush foliage provides natural sun protection for the fruit, ensuring optimal ripening. Highly disease-resistant and well-suited to cooler climates, this grape is an excellent choice for white wine production or as a tart table grape. Thrives in well-drained soil with a pH of 6–7.
