Spirea bumalda ‘Goldmound’

A tight, dwarf shrub known for its striking golden foliage that maintains its vibrant colour throughout the growing season. In shadier conditions, the leaves take on a softer chartreuse hue, adding interest to both sunny and partially shaded spots. This cultivar has been a beloved garden gem since its introduction by Perron Nurseries in Quebec, known for its compact form and vibrant seasonal colour. In summer, it produces small clusters of pink flowers that contrast beautifully with its golden leaves. ‘Goldmound’ thrives in well-drained soil and full sun.
